Kurt Thompson aka Papa Bear

Kurt Thompson’s passion and dedication for video and design led him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Art at the State University of Oneonta. Upon graduating, he began his creative career with a local advertising firm in Oneonta, NY, and in his search to advance his career he joined Potratz.

Kurt’s versatile talent allows him to work with a wide range of styles across several types of media, including motion graphics, video production and graphic design. His vast knowledge of cutting-edge and industry standard software enables him to create and deliver a polished, professional and creative product.

On the weekends, Kurt enjoys taking his motorcycle on long windy roads through the mountains, camping with family, and watching King of Queens.
